A new way to restless legs! The end of pins, needles and creepy crawly

You can find lots of advice for restless legs on the web, but as you know, most of them, are just not very effective experiments. If you belived already on the cold tiles in the bathroom, evening gymnastics or

hot bath, then I suggest you try, something seemingly absurd.
It's about the soap. Yes, the usual soap that you probably have at home.
Bar of soap should be divided  and each piece, place in the wristband or socks. This wrap attach to places where you feel symptoms of RLS. Some argue that it is enough to put a piece of soap in a sock. At the beginning, the urge to move the legs can still appear, but this are not the same symptoms as before.
What is more interesting, you don't have to wake up after two hours to "rotate" your legs.

Nobody knows why the soap helps. The idea appeared on the international forums and, as is clear from the comments, has won supporters. Currently soap in a sock next to powerful drugs for Parkinson's is considered one of the most effective methods in the fight against restless legs syndrome.
Unfortunately, the soap does not work or works only slightly on the hands, which, despite wraps, still demanding our attention.

What else (supposedly) help for Restless Legs Syndrome?
- Tablespoon of baking soda in half a glass of water
- Don't drink coffee and tea for six hours before bedtime
- Before going to bed don't do any exercises which increase the pressure (ie, do not run, or jump, etc..)
- Eat banana before bed
- Don't drink milk

Standing on the cold tiles in the bathroom doesn't seem like a good idea, because
interruption of sleep for a few minutes can help, so you can do anything alse for 2-5 minutes, and RLS just dissapeared.

Please write some, about your soap knowledge. I wish you a good sleep!
