Are drugs without a prescription can help for RLS?

For those who have been waiting for a new cure for RLS it had to be amazing news. Many breathed a sigh of relief seeing TV advertising of next best thing: drugs with vitamins as cure for all evil.
However, as in commercials sometimes marketing is the key to the success, and the product itself ... it's a secondary matter. Similarly with popular drugs without prescription. The composition of the drug should (in theory) make an impression, because a deficiency of certain vitamins can actually affect the appearance of the symptoms of restless leg syndrome, but those who are experiencing serious symptoms, found that supplementation with vitamins give you nothing. Prescription drugs don't contain any component which is used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Typically contain iron, magnesium, vitamin C, B6 and B12. The only drug that ameliorates RLS are pramipexole and ropinirole, stimulating the secretion of dopamine in the brain. In turn, opioids such as codeine and oxycodone and acetaminophen combinations can provide immediate, temporary relief, but includes one additional risk of addiction.

Thus, drugs with vitamins theoretically could help, but  don't make miracles happen, if in someone RLS is associated with vitamin deficiency, may be tempted on this product, or simply take another popular vitamin supplement. So far, not invented a drug that has no side effects and at the same time relieving symptoms associated with restless legs syndrome.
